Salary: USD 115,000 - 141,000 / annual
Criteo, a Commerce Intelligence Platform, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with the company's largest clients in the Americas. In this role, you will design, manage, analyze, and communicate results of controlled A/B tests while maintaining deep knowledge of Criteo's incrementality offering and the ad tech competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with major clients to design and execute controlled A/B tests, analyzing results and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Frequently interact with commercial teams and clients to share best practices around measurement topics and train internal teams on Criteo's testing approach
- Use Python to automate testing analysis, build scalable insights, and architect improvements to the suite of A/B testing tools
- Influence the Incrementality Product Roadmap by sharing client needs and feedback with product and R&D teams
- Excel at data storytelling and crafting impactful presentations for diverse audiences
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of full-time analytics-relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native-level English fluency
- Proven expertise in statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify patterns and recommend actionable strategies
- Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive with ambiguity and select optimal solutions from various analytics techniques
