Veeam is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to serve as the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise and Commercial Named accounts. In this role, you will own the technical customer relationship throughout the entire lifecycle—from activation through renewal—guiding customers to maximize value from Veeam's data resilience and security solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing tailored Customer Success Plans aligned to each customer's business objectives, conducting health assessments and architecture reviews, and facilitating recovery simulations to strengthen customer preparedness. You will assess recovery readiness, identify resilience improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations. The role requires proactive monitoring of customer health signals and adoption trends to identify and mitigate risks early.
You will partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success leadership to identify expansion opportunities, develop executive-ready business reviews and resilience reports for C-suite audiences (CIO, CISO, VP), and coordinate across Veeam teams to remove blockers and ensure consistent customer experience. This is a high-touch engagement model supporting a limited portfolio of high-value customers, typically accounts with $200,000+ in annual recurring revenue.
You bring 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in roles such as Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services, with strong expertise in backup and recovery, virtualization, operating systems, storage, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and automation. You excel at translating customer business objectives into technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes, possess strong executive communication skills, and have a proven track record managing multiple strategic customer relationships. Bilingual French proficiency is required.
