Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 / annual

Home Chef is a leading meal solutions company founded in 2013, available online and in over 2,100 Kroger grocery stores. The company also operates Tempo, a ready-to-heat meal delivery service launched in 2023. The Sr Analyst on the Continuous Improvement team will serve as a process and business liaison to fulfillment teams, identifying performance opportunities across sites and delivering recommendations to Operations leadership. This is a plant-facing, strategic role that continuously assesses plant performance against targets, evaluates best practices, and leverages plant process expertise to drive operational improvements across the fulfillment network. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Project Work:** Execute strategic initiatives requiring advanced data and analytical support to deliver results against key performance metrics. Continuously optimize production plans and planning tools to support plant function and automate routine plant knowledge. Partner closely with plant teams to establish process expertise and create trusted relationships to drive change. **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Develop models and methodologies to monitor success across facility capacity, machinery usage, labor, production, and other business facets. Find innovative ways to make data actionable for production teams by building processes to better collect, store, and visualize operational data. Enable data-driven decision-making by reporting on core KPIs and performing ad-hoc analyses. **Setting Strategic Priorities:** Leverage fulfillment KPIs and reporting to identify and quantify process improvement opportunities. Help structure project work and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations. Develop project recommendations through close collaboration with plant fulfillment leaders to pair opportunity with plant need. **Collaboration with Operations Technology:** Develop V1.0 of tools and reporting to support efficiency and quality improvements at plants. Partner with the operations technology team as business lead in developing technology-driven applications for plant implementation. This position requires at least 25% travel. **Requirements:** - 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations analytics - 3+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and common coding languages - Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (preferred) - Excellent analytical skills; strong capabilities in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Scripts - Continuous improvement mindset - Strong prioritization and project management skills - Excellent communication skills with experience creating buy-in across diverse stakeholders (hourly employees, customers, suppliers, executives) - Proactive in identifying problems and finding innovative solutions - Ability to understand the big picture with exceptional attention to detail - Skilled at dealing with ambiguity and working in fast-paced environments - Experience spearheading execution on large-scale, high-impact projects - Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments - Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math preferred)
