Klaviyo is seeking a Senior AI Systems & Solutions Architect to drive AI adoption and innovation within the Global Services organization. This role bridges applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement, focusing on translating business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions.
You will own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives: discovering high-impact opportunities across the Services organization, rapidly prototyping AI-powered workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLM platforms, and collaborating with engineering teams to productionize successful solutions. Your work will span content creation acceleration, learning experience optimization, internal data integration, and workflow automation that improves efficiency and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
**Program Strategy & Discovery**: Partner with Services leaders to identify AI and automation opportunities, prioritize based on impact, and translate ambiguous ideas into clear roadmaps with defined outcomes.
**Technical Prototyping & Productization**: Build AI prototypes and workflows using LLMs, APIs, MCPs, and automation platforms. Design end-to-end intelligent workflows by integrating AI systems with existing infrastructure. Develop effective prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows. Evaluate and iterate solutions based on user feedback and business outcomes.
**Enablement & AI Literacy**: Create documentation and implementation guides. Lead workshops and office hours to build AI fluency across teams. Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and best practices.
You are a systems thinker with strong technical foundations and passion for solving business problems with AI. You communicate clearly, translate technical concepts effectively, and enable others to adopt AI solutions. You're comfortable partnering with engineering teams to scale prototypes into production systems.
Preferred qualifications include 4+ years in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, or automation; hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms including prompt engineering and agents; experience integrating AI with APIs and internal systems; demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate; and familiarity with Global Services functions.
