Parloa is seeking a Senior Agent Architect to design and deploy enterprise AI agent solutions. In this role, you will act as a solution architect for complex AI agent deployments, designing end-to-end system architectures that integrate Parloa's platform with enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms).
Key responsibilities include:
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI agent deployments, mapping integrations across complex enterprise environments
- Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs, applying systems thinking to multi-system data flows
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on custom integration scenarios beyond standard capabilities
- Apply structured testing approaches to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance
- Identify and resolve blockers across Parloa departments and with customers
- Scope AI agent deployments and provide strategic architecture advice
- Leverage LLM knowledge (embeddings, prompt engineering) to design reliable agent behavior aligned with customer requirements
- Translate complex customer workflows into structured conversational components
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, Lexicons, Regex) to match customer brand standards
- Document best practices, guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration
- Strong systems thinking and track record solving complex technical problems across multiple systems
- Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, ticketing systems)
- Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML, API testing tools (Postman), and authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT)
- Ability to read and consume API documentation, including data transformation and field mapping
- Analytical mindset with risk assessment and problem-solving expertise
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and results orientation
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
