The company emphasizes mental health and well-being, offering 100% remote work, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) access, generous time-off including two company-wide shutdown weeks annually, paid parental leave, EAP support, quarterly department stipends, home office stipend with $50/month internet/cell allowance, and a $50/month wellness stipend.
