ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant to serve as a key technical resource for customer engagements in the Iberia region. You will work closely with prospects and customers to demonstrate the value of the Armis platform—ServiceNow's cyber risk and attack surface management solution—through console demonstrations, proof-of-value (POV) deployments, and targeted technical training sessions.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver virtual and in-person technical demonstrations of the Armis platform to prospects
- Deploy and manage proof-of-value installations, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings and customer needs
- Support marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Address prospect needs through clear verbal and written communication
- Develop prospect-facing technical documentation
- Collaborate with sales teams (Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers) to close complex enterprise cyber security deals
- Travel up to 40% of the time on average to support customer engagements across the region
- Think critically across the full customer lifecycle—from sales through support—to troubleshoot issues and develop new use cases

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions roles (Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect), ideally with a cyber security vendor
- 5+ years of customer-facing or customer support experience
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies
- Demonstrated track record of owning complex initiatives and delivering successful outcomes
- Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with enterprise customers
- BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred knowledge in one or more of: IoT/OT/IoMT, wireless technologies (WLCs, Meraki, Aruba), Linux operating systems, virtualized environments, network architecture, or utility scripting (Python preferred)
