Rula is seeking a Senior Account Management Associate to own the onboarding and ongoing success of mid-market employers (fewer than 3,000 employees) using their mental health benefits platform. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employer clients, guiding them through platform onboarding, helping them navigate the Employer Portal, and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to successfully promote and maximize adoption of the Rula benefit.
In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Broker Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver customized communications, support employer campaigns, answer strategic questions, and identify expansion opportunities to increase awareness and utilization. You'll manage the full customer lifecycle, from initial launch through long-term engagement, building trusted relationships and solving complex problems at scale.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of customer success, account management, implementation, or client services experience in a B2B environment, ideally within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, HR technology, or SaaS. You should have demonstrated experience partnering with employee benefits brokers and consultants, managing a portfolio of customer relationships, and maintaining excellent communication with external business partners. Experience in a high-growth startup, familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, and a track record of managing high-volume customer portfolios while meeting service level expectations are valued.
