As a Senior Account Executive in the Mid-Market segment, you will own the complete sales process from prospecting through close. You'll develop medium-sized business prospects into active Dialpad clients by solving complex communication challenges. Your responsibilities include building strategic prospecting campaigns, managing complex multi-stakeholder transactions, and driving revenue growth in the ANZ region. Key responsibilities: - Own the entire sales cycle, converting leads into a workable pipeline - Build and execute strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities - Manage and close complex deals involving multiple internal and external stakeholders - Own deal reviews, forecasts, and your professional development roadmap - Collaborate closely with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and sales leadership to improve sales process efficiency - Help businesses solve tangible communication challenges through Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and Sell products You'll report to the Head of Sales ANZ and work in a hybrid arrangement, spending three days per week in the Sydney office. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong deal management skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
