As a Sports Trader reporting to the VP of Sports Trading, you will be responsible for setting and managing odds across Betr's sportsbook offerings. Your core responsibilities include analyzing sports data to determine accurate odds that reflect Betr's market view, then actively managing those odds throughout their lifecycle as conditions change. You will directly impact both revenue profitability and the expansion of Betr's market offerings.
This role requires flexibility with scheduling, including availability on holidays and weekends as needed to respond to live sports events and market movements. You will work closely with the sports trading leadership team to ensure competitive positioning and risk management across all betting markets.
