With 20 offices across six continents and London as headquarters, the company is shaping the future of digital payments and financial services. This strategic role holds full end-to-end ownership of events at the London HQ, from high-level strategy to hands-on execution. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and own an annual events strategy aligned with company objectives, operating principles, and engagement KPIs, ensuring every event has clear purpose, audience, and defined ROI. - Curate a world-class calendar of experiences, from large-scale company gatherings and all-employee meetings to ongoing activations that strengthen culture, connection, and belonging. - Partner directly with senior leadership, DEIB, and Engagement Committees to translate business and cultural goals (including heritage months) into meaningful, inclusive, and measurable experiences. - Lead the complete event lifecycle, from creative concepting and stakeholder alignment through logistics, supplier management, onsite delivery, and post-event analysis. - Coordinate all operational elements across event profiles, including scheduling, invites, catering, AV/tech requirements, and physical setup/breakdown. - Drive integrated event communications and marketing, collaborating with Internal Comms and Brand teams on impactful campaigns. - Own the events budget, including forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysis. - Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead risk assessments, accessibility considerations, compliance, health and safety requirements, and contingency planning. - Establish, track, and analyze KPIs (attendance, eNPS, sentiment, ROI) using data storytelling to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement. - Gather and act on employee feedback before and after events to refine programming. - Work in close alignment with Workplace, Comms, and Brand teams on integrated storytelling and best-practice sharing with global counterparts. - Support the broader Workplace team by monitoring internal communications channels and providing occasional on-site support. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring flexibility for some out-of-hours events. The hybrid working model offers three days per week in the office to support collaboration and connection. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven ability to deliver end-to-end, high-impact events and activations in a fast-paced, global, or creative environment, ideally in fintech, tech, or professional services. - Strategic and data-driven mindset, with ability to translate business goals into meaningful experiences and measure success through defined metrics and ROI. - Creative vision and storytelling ability, with strong aesthetic judgment and passion for designing experiences that connect people and celebrate culture. - Strong commercial and operational acumen, including hands-on budget ownership, supplier negotiation, and post-event financial reporting. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence and presence to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. - Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure, capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines. - Genuine enthusiasm for community, culture, and belonging, bringing creativity, empathy, and intent to every initiative. - Flexibility to support out-of-hours events.
