ARQ is a fast-growing fintech company building infrastructure to move value seamlessly across borders. The Special Projects Lead will work closely with founders to drive the company's most critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with product and marketing teams to identify and launch new revenue streams or improve monetization of existing offerings - Design and execute activation and cross-sell programs with growth and product teams to increase revenue per user and improve product adoption - Execute local growth efforts including community building, affiliate marketing, brand marketing, and influencer marketing - Identify, execute, and own initiatives that directly improve gross margin through revenue growth, COGS reduction, or operating cost cuts - Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure improved commercial terms - Track and report on P&L impact of active projects, holding teams accountable to targets The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where resourcefulness and execution excellence are paramount. You'll need strong stakeholder management skills to bond with critical partners and support key customers. Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC-backed company, at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or at a top-tier investment bank (bulge bracket) - Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to bond with critical partners - Excellent organizational skills and ability to gather information across all company areas - Resourceful with maximum attention to detail and due diligence - Strong analytical skills and aesthetic sensibility - Ability to work well as part of a team; driven, relentless, and a proven closer - Business fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus - Ideally an expat (or former expat) living in London or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship available)
