Seamflow is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company removing barriers to progress in the physical world by modernizing Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) systems for industries like healthcare, aerospace, and energy. The company recently closed a 14x oversubscribed seed round backed by Tier 1 investors including Northzone and Initialized Capital.
The Special Projects role sits directly alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff, taking on whatever the company needs most at any given moment. There is no fixed remit or playbook. One month this might mean preparing materials and financial analysis for a fundraise; the next, working through legal, regulatory, and market access questions in a new country, or holding an entire function open until a permanent hire is made. Whatever is broken, missing, or unowned lands here first.
This is a demanding role with significant unglamorous detail work that must be executed flawlessly with no one available to check it behind you. The ideal candidate is a workhorse obsessed with detail, who closes things out rather than hands them back, and whose work never requires second-guessing. For someone early in their career, this is the highest-leverage seat in the company—you will be in the room for decisions most people see five years later.
You will gain direct exposure to enterprise sales, product, fundraising, and operations with a real say in all of them. The team includes AI researchers from Johns Hopkins, MIPT, Oxford, Cambridge, and UCL; former founding engineers from unicorn startups; and alumni of X, Google, Amazon, Yandex, McKinsey, BCG, and Bain. The company is growing very fast with demand outstripping supply.
The role is full-time, in-person at the Shoreditch office in London. Benefits include lunch and dinner covered and 24/7 gym access.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years in a high-bar, short-feedback-loop environment: investment banking, strategy consulting, fast-growing startup, or equivalent
- Exceptional track record: top performer academically and professionally
- AI-native: already integrate AI into daily work and operate at 10x efficiency; use these tools by default
- Structured thinking: break messy, ambiguous problems into parts, identify what matters, sequence work, and explain reasoning clearly
- Ruthless organization: manage multiple workstreams with nothing dropped, nothing chased twice, everything documented
- Strong Excel, slides, and written communication skills: most work travels as documents and models read by executives at large regulated businesses
- Bias to action: prefer shipping a good plan today over a perfect one next week
- Ownership mindset: close the loop, catch your own mistakes, flag unresolved issues rather than leaving them for discovery
- Low ego, high agency: willing to do both glamorous and unglamorous work with equal commitment
- Must be willing to work in-person full-time at Shoreditch office
- Nice to have: European languages, particularly German or French
