Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) brand delivering high-quality essentials at low prices through direct relationships with manufacturing partners. The company operates across apparel, accessories, home goods, and more, serving tens of millions of customers globally.
As Sourcing Director for Apparel, you will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for apparel categories (tops, bottoms, knits). You'll develop and implement a multi-sourcing approach to ensure supply chain resilience and category growth.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain and sourcing strategy for apparel categories with multi-sourcing resilience
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to Quince's D2C model and coach them on rapid replenishment and M2C operations
• Educate partners on the Quince Operating System covering operational excellence, financial models (ROIC optimization), and technical integration via the Vendor Portal
• Drive continuous improvement against key performance indicators: defect rate <0.5%, replenishment lead time <14 days, in-stock rate >95%, and margin-accretive financial performance
• Lead catalog expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development teams
• Build and manage a world-class supply chain organization
You'll work in a fast-paced, builder-oriented culture that challenges conventional retail thinking and uses technology and data to uncover opportunities. The role requires deep sourcing expertise, manufacturing partner relationship management, and the ability to drive operational excellence across a complex, global supply chain.
