As a Senior Solutions Consultant in the post-sales team, you will own the complete onboarding and implementation lifecycle for new customers using Vertice's Intake to Procure product. This is a hands-on, technical role requiring direct involvement in process discovery, platform configuration, integration design, and go-live management across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
Key responsibilities include: managing end-to-end implementation timelines and scope with minimal oversight; configuring the platform to solve specific customer procurement challenges rather than applying one-size-fits-all approaches; advising on integrations with existing enterprise systems; leveraging AI-powered workflows to accelerate configuration and testing; and delivering training sessions that enable customers to operate independently. You will be the primary technical point of contact for configuration and customization requests, working closely with Product and account teams to resolve issues and feed customer insights back into the roadmap.
You bring 4+ years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in solutions consulting, project management, or functional advisory roles, with a proven track record managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. Technical comfort with software configuration, JSON, and API documentation is a genuine bonus. Prior experience with procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Sage) or B2B procure-to-pay processes is valuable but not required. You are AI-curious, actively experimenting with new tools, and excited to work where AI is core to the product. You excel at proactive problem-solving, clear communication, documentation, and taking ownership of customer satisfaction.

The role is based in Brno, with the company operating hubs in London, New York, Sydney, and Johannesburg.
