YipitData is a unicorn-valued ($1B+) market research and analytics firm specializing in alternative data for the disruptive economy. The company analyzes billions of data points daily to deliver strategic intelligence to Fortune 500 companies and top investment funds across sectors including software, AI, cloud, e-commerce, ridesharing, and payments.
You will serve as Solutions Lead for our Business & Consulting vertical, owning end-to-end client relationships with leading consulting and business services firms. This is a senior, client-facing role with regular exposure to C-suite executives and cross-functional teams (strategy, product, go-to-market, finance).
Key responsibilities include:
**Discovery & Thought Leadership**: Conduct discovery sessions to understand enterprise priorities and current alternative data engagement. Develop and deliver tailored insights for different stakeholder groups—e.g., competitive trends and workload adoption for product teams; customer spend and consumption patterns for strategy/finance; market share and growth trends for senior leadership.
**Customer Engagement & Impact**: Partner with the Revenue team on pitches, trials, and renewals, owning the solution side of each conversation. Connect YipitData's datasets to client business questions and expand usage across their organizations to drive measurable business outcomes.
**Cross-Functional Delivery**: Coordinate data deliverables with internal engineering, data, and product teams. Serve as escalation point for data questions and work toward resolutions with data counterparts.
You will work in a high-ownership, merit-based culture where growth is accelerated and impact is prioritized over tenure. The role is remote-first and can be based anywhere in the US, with headquarters in NYC.

- Demonstrated talent for data-driven storytelling
- Experience working with large Fortune 500 companies in consumer or tech sectors, with solid understanding of their business models and market intelligence needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively in innovative, entrepreneurial, dynamic environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation ability
