Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations to harness IoT data for actionable insights across physical operations including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.
As a Solutions Integration Engineer III, you will be a core member of the Professional Services Organization, responsible for helping Samsara's most strategic customers build and implement B2B integrations with the IoT platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Mapping customer integration needs to current and future API capabilities
- Building custom integrations for enterprise clients
- Providing technical guidance and training to implementation teams on best practices
- Troubleshooting integration issues and advocating for fixes with the tech support team
- Ensuring successful customer relationships and outcomes
You will work cross-functionally with product managers, business operations, sales, and systems engineers, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company. The role is expected to evolve with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as Samsara continues scaling.
This is a remote position open to US-based candidates, with geographic restrictions excluding Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington D.C.
