Qualtrics is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the US Corporate sales organization from the Dallas headquarters. You'll work alongside Account Executives to drive deal success by combining technical expertise with compelling business storytelling.
In this role, you'll run discovery sessions with prospects to uncover business pain and build value cases. You'll deliver story-led demos and presentations that connect Qualtrics' XM Data & AI platform capabilities to customer outcomes. You'll shape deal strategy through qualification, competitive positioning, and mutual action plans, and translate complex business and technical requirements into credible solutions. You'll also help the broader sales team through Slack support, office hours, and reusable demo assets, ensuring your impact extends beyond individual deals.
You'll build working knowledge of the XM platform, competitors, and the industries you cover. You'll share field insights with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams, and occasionally join customer meetings in person. The role offers a clear development path from L3 toward strategic deals and L4+ positions, with opportunities to mentor and lead initiatives.
Qualtrics created the Experience Management category and serves over 18,000 clients globally. The company's platform helps enterprises, governments, and healthcare systems run sensitive experience programs, simulate decisions, predict churn, and take intelligent action.
The team is based in-office at the Dallas Corporate Sales HQ, sitting alongside the sellers you support. The culture favors scalable plays over heroics, building shared playbooks and demo assets, and leveraging AI in workflows. You'll have high visibility and close collaboration with Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing.
The hybrid work model requires in-office presence three days per week (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader), with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
