1Password is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the SMB segment to support go-to-market initiatives and sales teams. In this customer-facing role, you'll be instrumental in accelerating sales opportunities by assisting customers with compliance requirements, security questionnaires, and vendor registration processes. You'll create valuable technical content including video resources and knowledge base articles, facilitate customer office hours and demos, and provide technical consultations that increase product adoption and reduce friction.
Key responsibilities include working with self-service and SMB customers to share product knowledge and demonstrate 1Password capabilities, providing training to both customers and internal teams, responding to vendor requests and security questionnaires, managing knowledge-base content for go-to-market teams, recording video resources for internal and customer use, and serving as a sought-after resource for go-to-market teams on 1Password product questions.
You should have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, security, or technology environments. Strong presentation and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate technical information accessibly to general audiences. You'll need superior attention to detail, adaptability in managing multiple concurrent projects, strong time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Personal experience with 1Password or password managers is a bonus but not required.
