Lucid Software is seeking a Solutions Engineer III to join the EMEA sales team. You will serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, working directly with sales counterparts to accelerate growth of Lucid's product suite: Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and airfocus. This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam, with in-office collaboration two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).
In this role, you will create and deliver custom technical demos of the Lucid product suite to prospects and customers, becoming a respected product expert and internal knowledge source. You will engage in creative and strategic problem-solving to identify inefficiencies in SE team operations, answer security-related questions, and serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams. You will also collaborate frequently with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges and successes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar role
- Passionate, technical, hard-working, and someone who takes initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to act as a trusted, strategic advisor to sales counterparts
- Demonstrated interest in customer success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation acumen
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player
- Bias towards finding solutions rather than shutting down ideas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Alignment with Lucid Software's products and culture
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or other STEM focus with strong academic performance
- Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or at a SaaS company
- Experience with coding, Excel formulas, or other technical software tools
- Familiarity with Cloud Networking Architecture or Information Security
- Design savvy and familiarity with current UX design trends
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
