Viktor is an AI teammate product that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connecting to thousands of tools to automate real work across finance, marketing, ops, and engineering. The company is building a product designed to replace half the SaaS stack. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical partner to Account Executives on high-potential enterprise deals. Your responsibilities include supporting discovery conversations, building bespoke demos and use cases tailored to specific customer needs, running POCs with clearly defined success criteria, and serving as the first technical point of contact during customer onboarding—work that currently pulls product engineers away from core development. You will join Viktor's new Solutions Engineering team in Dublin (or Warsaw) and report to the Solutions Engineering Lead. Until that role is filled, you report directly to Robbie O'Connor, Chief Revenue Officer. Key responsibilities: - Support Account Executives in discovery on high-potential deals - Build bespoke demos and use cases for priority accounts - Run POCs with agreed success criteria through to a clear decision - Serve as the first technical touch during customer onboarding, replacing engineer involvement - Answer integration and security questions; contribute learnings to the company's answer bank By day 90, success looks like: supporting live deals with reusable demo builds, running at least one POC to a decision against agreed criteria, and growing the security and integration knowledge base. The role is positioned as an early seat on a new team building with a product that evolves weekly. As the Solutions Engineering team scales across Europe and the US, the path leads to senior Solutions Engineer or team lead roles. Viktor operates with a small-team, high-trust, low-process culture. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship work in your first week and talk to users on your first day. The company avoids alignment meetings and stakeholder syncs, instead focusing on building, testing, and iterating. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years as a Solutions Engineer, solutions/implementation engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or technical CSM at a PLG, API, or AI company - Hands-on experience building real things for customers: scripts, integrations, and agent workflows - Proven track record running POCs or technical evaluations to clear outcomes - Ability to explain technical and security topics plainly to non-technical buyers - Hands-on experience building with AI agents and LLM APIs NOT A FIT IF: - Your background is primarily in demos without building - You would commit to features, roadmap dates, or compliance dates to win deals
