Reducto is an agentic document platform that helps enterprise AI teams extract and process unstructured data from complex PDFs and documents at scale. The company has raised over $100M from top-tier investors (a16z, Benchmark, First Round) and serves leading customers including Harvey, Vanta, Scale, and major FAANG companies.
As an early Solutions Engineer, you'll be a technical bridge between Reducto's GTM team, core engineering, and enterprise customers. You'll work directly with customers to demonstrate product capabilities, design system architectures for integration, and build custom solutions that unlock value from Reducto's document processing platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the GTM team to deliver demos and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer environments
- Designing and advising on system architecture and data flow for product integration
- Writing Python scripts and code to help customers leverage Reducto's APIs, connectors, and dashboards
- Working closely with customers, support, and core engineers to identify high-impact improvements
- Acting as a feedback loop to product and infrastructure teams, surfacing usability gaps and opportunities
- Shaping product direction and engineering strategy alongside founders and customers
You should have 3–6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers. Strong technical skills are essential: proficiency in Python, comfort with Bash and infrastructure, and solid experience with Kubernetes. You'll build your own tools (e.g., Streamlit apps) to test hypotheses and create datasets. A quantitative, hands-on approach to debugging, experimenting, and iterating quickly is critical. You're your own worst critic, ship fast with high agency, and actively solve problems rather than just identifying them.
Bonus experience includes founding a company, building products at early stages, and staying current with ML/AI developments. This is an in-person role in NYC at an early-stage company that moves quickly and demands hard work.
