Monaco is an AI-native revenue platform consolidating 6–10 disconnected GTM tools (CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management) into a single unified system. Launched publicly in February 2026, the company has 65 people, strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR, and has raised $85M in Series B funding from Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital. Founders previously led Brex, Apollo, and Clari. As Monaco's first Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical lead on upmarket deals, sitting on the sales team. You will own the entire technical sales cycle for enterprise customers—primarily growing sales teams migrating from existing CRMs. Key responsibilities: • Lead technical discovery by mapping how customers currently run their revenue operations: CRM objects, fields, relationships, pipelines, routing, reporting, integrations, and actual rep workflows. • Design the future state by showing how the customer's process will run on Monaco, with AI agents automating work currently done manually. • Build and demo custom demo accounts, walking VPs of Sales and RevOps leaders through the proposed future state to help close deals. • Scope migrations end-to-end: plan the move off their current CRM, determine what data transfers, how it maps, validation approach, and cutover timing. • Act as the technical gate: decide with product whether requested scope is deliverable today and flag deals outside upmarket focus. • Hand off to implementation with a defined plan and feed recurring gaps back to product and engineering as clear requirements. You'll work in a high-autonomy, high-pace environment reinventing a major enterprise software category. REQUIREMENTS: • 4+ years in RevOps, GTM systems, or solutions engineering • Deep end-to-end knowledge of B2B GTM systems: lifecycle stages, routing, automation, reporting, permissions • Personal experience architecting, customizing, integrating, or migrating complex CRM setups in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar; ability to quickly read customer objects, fields, workflows, data volume, and history • Understanding of how sales tech stacks fit together (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, call recording) and how data moves between tools • Experience building integrations and workflows using APIs, webhooks, and structured data (ideally SQL or scripting) • Experience building automations or AI agents into sales processes • Customer-facing experience: discovery, solution design, presentations to sales leaders as consultant/solutions engineer/client-facing role; track record helping close deals Nice to have: • Experience as the first solutions engineer at a company or building the function from scratch • Experience with fast-growing sales teams moving off their first CRM
