Keebler Health is building an operating system for value-based care, helping risk-bearing healthcare organizations unlock the power of their data to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and drive sustainable growth. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of client success, data operations, and engineering—managing the complete data workflow from client intake through validated deliverables.
You'll serve as the primary workflow owner for assigned clients, ranging from 50-patient pilots to full population reviews. Your responsibilities span project management and technical execution: coordinating across internal teams, ingesting and cleaning client-submitted data (spreadsheets, claims, encounter notes, lab results), and ensuring outputs meet Keebler's standards for accuracy, security, and clinical integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end data workflows for multiple clients simultaneously
- Ingesting, cleaning, and processing healthcare data using Python, SQL, and related tools
- Developing scripts and lightweight automation tools for recurring data preparation and delivery
- Partnering with Engineering to troubleshoot pipelines, QA outputs, and improve automation
- Ensuring HIPAA compliance and data accuracy across all deliverables
- Packaging and delivering results with clinical context and interpretation
- Tracking client health metrics to support renewals and continuous improvement
- Refining internal playbooks and documentation as the team scales
You'll need proficiency in Python (pandas, requests), experience with healthcare data (claims, clinical notes, EHR exports), SQL for data extraction and validation, and strong communication skills to translate between technical and clinical contexts. A self-starter mentality is essential in this fast-paced startup environment with evolving specs. Bonus experience includes health tech startups, EHR systems, value-based care models, risk adjustment, RAF scoring, or clinical data quality workflows.
Success means efficiently executing multiple workflows, creating internal tools that scale operations, delivering pilots that demonstrate speed and comprehensiveness, maintaining flawless data integrity and compliance, and keeping client satisfaction and renewal rates high.
