Keebler Health is building an operating system for value-based care, helping risk-bearing healthcare organizations unlock the power of their data to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and drive sustainable growth. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of client success, data operations, and engineering—managing the complete data workflow from client intake through validated deliverables. You'll own the end-to-end delivery experience for assigned clients, ranging from 50-patient pilots to full population reviews. This is a hybrid role combining project management with hands-on technical work. You'll coordinate across internal teams, ingest and clean client-submitted data (spreadsheets, claims, encounter notes, lab results), and use Python and SQL to pull, transform, and validate datasets. You'll develop scripts and lightweight automation tools to streamline recurring data preparation and delivery workflows, partner with Engineering to troubleshoot pipelines and improve automation, and ensure all outputs meet Keebler's standards for accuracy, compliance, and HIPAA security. You'll package and deliver results to clients, work with clinical subject-matter experts to add interpretive context, track client health metrics to support renewals, and help refine internal playbooks and documentation as the team scales. Required qualifications include proficiency in Python (pandas, requests, etc.) for data manipulation and automation, hands-on experience with healthcare data (claims, clinical notes, lab results, EHR exports), familiarity with Excel/CSVs and basic SQL, strong communication and project management skills to translate between technical and clinical contexts, and a self-starter mentality comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving specs. Bonus experience includes health tech startup or consulting background, EHR system familiarity, knowledge of value-based care models, and exposure to risk adjustment, RAF scoring, or clinical data quality workflows. Success means efficiently executing multiple independent workflows, enabling internal teams to scale via your tools, creating compelling pilot demonstrations, maintaining flawless data integrity and compliance, and driving high client satisfaction and renewal rates.
