Rippling is a unified platform for HR, IT, and Finance, enabling businesses to manage the entire employee lifecycle in a single system—from payroll and benefits to computer provisioning and third-party app integrations.
As a Solutions Consultant for Global Payroll, you will be a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, helping them evaluate and implement Rippling's HR and payroll solutions. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and sales leadership to drive the evaluation process and demonstrate clear business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with the global sales team as a trusted advisor, tailoring HR and payroll solutions to client-specific needs
- Understand technical requirements and communicate the business value of Rippling's Global HCM and Payroll products
- Manage and deliver customized technical demonstrations addressing prospect objectives
- Create and present technical and value-driven content to support sales efforts beyond demos
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform product strategy
- Develop deep expertise in payroll processes, statutory requirements, and compliance standards across multiple countries, including staying current with local labor laws and tax regulations
- Build comprehensive knowledge of Rippling's features, functionalities, and limitations
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting peers and leadership to build a best-in-class organization
You will work with a diverse team of Solutions Consulting professionals in a fast-paced environment, directly influencing sales, product, and go-to-market strategy while engaging with strategic customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of pre-sales experience with expertise in HRIS, EOR (Employer of Record), and Global Payroll
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Exceptional knowledge of payroll processes in multiple countries with ability to quickly adapt to new regions
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with bias toward action, energized by fast-paced environments and building
