The Engagement Services Manager (ESM) role bridges implementation/integration services and business development. You will represent Samsara's services value proposition to C-level personnel, define services scope and approach during the sales cycle, and ensure smooth transitions from Account Executives to Customer Success teams. Key responsibilities include positioning services offerings to meet customer business needs, managing services ARR attach quota, overseeing AE-to-CS handoffs, and serving as a governing partner during service delivery.
This is a remote position open to US-based candidates, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, problem-solving orientation, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with customers and internal teams.
