Maisa AI is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Client Services team. You will own client engagements from process discovery through solution design, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
In this role, you will lead process discovery sessions with enterprise clients to uncover automation opportunities and map end-to-end workflows. You'll document AS-IS processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess automation potential. Your analysis will inform the design of TO-BE processes that incorporate Maisa's Digital Workers, defining where and how automation delivers measurable value.
You will design solutions by creating clear, actionable technical specifications including process flows, decision logic, integration points, and data mappings. You'll define scope, KPIs, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and the delivery team, ensuring proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
A critical part of your role is handing off specifications to AI Automation Engineers with complete clarity and no ambiguity. You'll remain available during the build phase to clarify design intent, review completed Digital Workers against original designs, and participate in UAT to validate solutions match the designed experience.
You'll own the client relationship throughout engagements, translating between business and technical audiences. You'll scope and estimate work under time pressure, validate assumptions on handoffs from pre-sales, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field insights and influence the roadmap. You'll also contribute to SOWs, change requests, and technical delivery documentation, building reusable solution patterns and templates.
