Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant for the Commercial segment, based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a customer-facing, quota-carrying role where you'll drive pipeline generation, lead full-cycle deal management, and design workflow solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own pipeline across your book of business, working with BDRs to create target-account plans and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close, leading discovery, qualifying business needs, aligning stakeholders, shaping solutions and business cases, and navigating commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews.
- Design and validate workflow solutions by mapping current and future-state workflows, co-building solutions live in Notion, defining scope and success criteria, and translating customer needs into clear business cases and commercial recommendations.
- Orchestrate the right partners (BDRs, Outcomes Architects, technical/product specialists) while maintaining clear ownership of opportunity momentum and customer communication.
- Drive customer value post-signature by partnering with Outcomes Architects, guiding adoption plans, owning expansion strategy and renewal planning, and ensuring credits sold translate to credits consumed.
You'll work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise software, building alongside customers to turn their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. The role requires balancing technical fluency with commercial ownership, and you'll be expected to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with customers independently.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (required)
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation experience, demonstrated through quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles
- Technical fluency and builder mindset; comfortable building live in software, demoing, co-designing, and troubleshooting without specialist support
- AI fluency; excited about AI tools and continuously learning new ways of working
- Strong discovery, qualification, and value articulation skills; ability to uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact, and translate learnings into commercial outcomes
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity; ability to set clear goals, take initiative, and improve outcomes based on customer interactions
- Ability to lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles
Nice to Haves:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience with consistent track record of exceeding quota in new-logo acquisition and expansion
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and credit-based commercial proposals
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Experience in shared account ownership models partnering with post-sale or Customer Success teams
