Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant for the Commercial team based in Dublin, serving the Benelux region. You will be a customer-facing, quota-carrying role that combines technical fluency with commercial ownership to grow your book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and own pipeline across your territory. Build target-account plans with BDRs, initiate outreach to priority stakeholders, and generate qualified opportunities alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.

Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, define realistic scope and success criteria, and translate customer needs into clear business cases and commercial recommendations.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical specialists at key moments with clear context, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth post-signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide adoption with clear plans, own expansion strategy and renewal planning, and ensure credits sold translate to credits consumed.
