Scrunch, a Sitecore company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise and large-scale customers. The role bridges sales, product, and customer success, helping enterprise clients navigate how their brands are discovered and surfaced on AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through technical evaluation, proposals, and proof-of-concepts. Key responsibilities include conducting deep technical discovery and multi-stakeholder workshops to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions. You'll own technical demonstrations and architecture design, translating product capabilities into measurable customer value while handling security, compliance, and procurement processes.
Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You'll work with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Support teams to ensure proposed solutions align with product roadmap and compliance requirements, feed customer feedback into product improvements, and accelerate time-to-value post-sale. You'll also support onboarding and expansion efforts, identifying opportunities for upsells and additional use cases.
The ideal candidate brings 6–10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture, with proven experience on enterprise deals. You should excel at explaining complex concepts clearly to any audience, from technical teams to C-level executives. Working knowledge of AI/LLM systems—retrieval, ranking, and generation—is essential. Experience with CDN, edge, or web infrastructure platforms (e.g., Akamai) is strongly preferred. You're comfortable with ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and have a builder mentality—creating structure and processes from scratch rather than following a defined playbook.
