Scrunch, a Sitecore company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise and large-scale customers navigating AI-first marketing transformation. The role bridges sales, product, and customer success, focusing on complex enterprise deal cycles and technical solution design.
You will lead discovery and technical evaluation phases with enterprise account executives, conducting deep-dive workshops to understand customer needs and architect tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include owning technical demonstrations, designing integrations and data flows for enterprise configurations, and managing security and compliance discussions throughout deal cycles. You'll translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value propositions and present to C-level executives.
Cross-functional collaboration is central: you'll work with Product and Engineering to ensure proposed solutions align with roadmap and compliance requirements, feed customer insights back to the product team, and support smooth handoffs to Customer Success post-sale. You'll also identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases to drive adoption and growth.
The ideal candidate brings 6–10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture with proven enterprise deal experience. You should have working knowledge of AI/LLM systems—retrieval, ranking, generation—and how these shape AI search and discovery. Strong presentation skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently, and comfort explaining complex concepts to any audience are essential. Experience with CDN, edge, or web infrastructure platforms (e.g., Akamai) is strongly preferred. You thrive with ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and have a builder mentality—comfortable creating structure and processes from scratch rather than following a rigid playbook.
