As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a pre-sales professional who partners with the Sales team to help prospects and internal stakeholders discover and realize value in Rippling's HR and Payroll Cloud. You will drive revenue generation through value-driven presentations and technical demonstrations.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure prospect success during Rippling evaluations
- Understand prospect technical requirements and communicate the business value of Rippling's HR product suite
- Manage technical demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs) tailored to unique business objectives
- Create, present, and maintain technical content to support customer success with the Rippling HR platform
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitive landscape
You will join a diverse team of Solutions Consulting professionals focused on driving customer value and enabling a best-in-industry buying experience. You will have direct influence on sales strategy, product direction, and go-to-market initiatives while working with a wide range of stakeholders and strategic customers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role, partnering with Sales and building and presenting demonstrations for customers
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with bias toward action; energized by fast-paced environments
- Experience with HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance systems (nice to have)
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
