Maisa AI is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Client Services team. You will own client engagements from process discovery through solution design and handoff to engineering. The role bridges business and technical domains, requiring you to lead discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identify automation opportunities, and architect Digital Worker solutions using Maisa's agentic process automation platform.
Key responsibilities include conducting process discovery and analysis to uncover automation opportunities and document workflows; designing TO-BE processes that incorporate Digital Workers with clear scope, KPIs, and success criteria; creating technical specifications with process flows, decision logic, integration points, and data mappings; and handing off specifications to AI Automation Engineers with formal design reviews. You will remain engaged during the build phase to clarify design intent, review completed solutions against original designs, and participate in UAT to validate alignment with business objectives.
You will own the client relationship throughout engagements, translating between business and technical audiences, scoping and estimating work under time pressure, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to relay field insights and influence roadmap decisions. You will also contribute to SOWs, change requests, and technical delivery documentation, and build reusable solution patterns and templates.
Required qualifications include demonstrable experience in solutions architecture, BPM/process consulting, or technical delivery at a relevant top company; proven experience with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations; strong process mapping skills with AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies; ability to produce unambiguous technical specifications for engineering execution; hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts; strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders; experience scoping and estimating project work; professional fluency in Spanish and English; willingness to travel up to 25%; and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
