As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementation engagements for enterprise clients in retail and apparel industries. You'll own the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through deployment and post-go-live optimization, serving as a trusted advisor combining business acumen, technical expertise, and industry knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own the full implementation lifecycle—from discovery through deployment and post-go-live optimization
• Design and lead structured project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
• Translate business needs into tailored solution designs
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption
• Conduct discovery sessions with C-suite and operational stakeholders to understand pain points and define success metrics
• Configure and customize the Inspectorio platform to meet specific client requirements
• Lead training sessions and drive user adoption across client organizations
• Continuously improve delivery processes and share best practices across the consulting team
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
You will partner with global brands, retailers, and manufacturers to deliver solutions that help them scale quality, sustainability, and compliance initiatives. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
