Salary: USD 95,000 - 110,000 / annual
FullStory is a behavioral data platform that helps businesses understand and optimize their digital experiences. As a Solutions Consultant, you will report to the Manager of Professional Services and own the technical deployment and strategy for Fortune 500 accounts.
You will guide the technical and strategic implementation of these high-value accounts, ensuring their architecture produces clean, actionable behavioral data for FullStory analyses. Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams, you will troubleshoot technical issues, translate client needs into solutions, and serve as the primary technical relationship owner for your accounts.
In a typical day, you might:
- Meet with client teams to gather requirements on technical features and data architecture strategy, ensuring optimal best practices and data cleanliness
- Build custom integration implementations using JavaScript, Python, and agentic AI to design, draft, and deploy technical solutions
- Advise clients on API implementation and data management best practices
- Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate them for analytics, product, and engineering teams
- Own your continuous learning, independently researching new features and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
- Leverage AI tooling to rapidly draft, test, and iterate on technical integrations
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance one day per week at the Atlanta office. Candidates must reside within commutable distance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role (consulting, professional services, or forward-deployed position) where you owned the technical relationship and guided external stakeholders
- Background in Computer Science, MIS, or comparable technical discipline, providing architectural understanding to navigate complex technical discussions across web and mobile ecosystems
- Ability to bridge business and engineering: gather broad requirements from client stakeholders and translate them into precise technical specifications for product and engineering teams
- Hands-on experience debugging modern web applications, comfortable with browser developer tools, network payload inspection, and resolving data architecture and capture issues
- Practical experience leveraging AI tooling to accelerate technical workflows and build working solutions, with judgment to critically evaluate and validate model output
