Deliverect is an API-first commerce platform that empowers food and retail businesses to expand revenue and simplify operations through connected on and off-premise solutions. The Implementation & Consultation team drives enterprise customer success through technical integration, project management, and continuous improvement.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor and technical authority to enterprise clients, bridging complex developer ecosystems with business operations. Your responsibilities include:
• Providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to enterprise customers
• Designing seamless technical integration plans that streamline processes and reduce operational errors
• Acting as a trusted business partner, navigating high-stakes environments to shape adoption paths
• Collaborating closely with customers to tailor solutions to their unique requirements
• Providing ongoing support and customization to maximize platform benefits
• Contributing insights that directly influence product roadmap decisions
• Driving customer satisfaction and ROI through expert project management and technical proficiency
You will work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the London office and 2 days remote, or fully remote depending on your location. This role requires deep understanding of large-scale enterprise needs, ability to manage complex technical projects, and skill in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
