You will join the Solutions Consultant team in Dubai, responsible for designing and implementing solutions for new clients and ensuring efficient onboarding of sophisticated investors. This role combines project management, client relationship building, and technical problem-solving. You will identify how Addepar can unlock significant value for clients' businesses, advise on financial modeling and asset examination, and take ownership of client success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the EMEA market
- Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision
- Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations
- Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
- Define and manage project expectations across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar's platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows
- Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices for the EMEA market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success teams
You will work in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment with discretion over projects and work schedule. The ideal candidate displays strong self-reliance, excellent collaboration skills, and deep appreciation for investment management and fintech domains.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or related client-facing roles
- Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding, ideally within wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-moving, growth-stage environments
- Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows
- Comfortable collaborating across global teams and managing projects remotely
- Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face
- Passion for technology and finance
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsites
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python preferred) is an advantage
