Endor Labs builds AURI, an AI-native security platform that secures code generated by AI agents. The company's product runs inside the harness where coding agents work, providing visibility and controls for every agent action through a patented code context graph. This maps code, open source, containers, and infrastructure to identify which vulnerabilities can actually be exploited, then delivers fixes that won't break applications. Customers include OpenAI, SpaceX, DoorDash, Dropbox, Atlassian, MongoDB, Snowflake, Robinhood, and Peloton.
In this role, you will:
- Educate customers and prospects about application security and software supply chain security, making complex topics engaging and accessible to developers
- Become a deep expert in Endor Labs' supply chain security product suite and serve as an evangelist
- Deliver tailored, solution-oriented product demonstrations that directly address customer needs and challenges
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions that address real customer problems; your field insights will directly influence product development
- Guide customers through onboarding and adoption, ensuring they fully leverage the platform to achieve their security and development objectives
You will work with enterprise-level technical customers throughout the sales cycle, from evaluation through implementation. The role requires balancing technical depth with customer-facing communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in pre-sales or similar customer-facing technical roles, including technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and leading evaluations
- Strong technical foundation: solid understanding of modern software development practices, backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tooling; comfortable engaging deeply with engineering teams
- Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management principles; understanding of securing developer workflows and cloud-native environments
- Robust understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems; ability to meet developers where they are and demonstrate programming skills
- Proven success engaging with technical customers at enterprise level; ability to articulate complex solutions and operate effectively in sales cycles
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Action-oriented problem-solving mindset
