Cohere is seeking a Solutions Architect for the UAE and MENA region to drive enterprise AI adoption. You will serve as the technical relationship owner for strategic customers, translating their business objectives into Cohere's generative AI solutions. This role bridges forward-deployed engineering and AI transformation, requiring you to lead technical discussions, design enterprise architectures, facilitate customer pilots, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and technical stakeholders alike.
Key responsibilities include owning the technical narrative with customers, designing and deploying pilots that demonstrate impact, conducting deep technical dives on Cohere's LLM capabilities, collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on customer feedback, and working with partners to accelerate adoption across the region. You will identify high-impact processes to scale the solutions architect function and cultivate technical champions within customer organizations.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in customer-facing technical pre/post-sales roles (Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar); strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and foundational ML concepts; excellent communication skills across executive and technical audiences; comfort with Python and AI coding tools; native-level Arabic fluency; and must be based in Dubai. Preferred: 2+ years architecting or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
