Hippocratic AI is seeking a Solutions Architect to define the industry standard for inbound AI deployments in healthcare. This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, focused on building repeatable methodologies and frameworks that scale the company's inbound AI offering across health systems and health plans. You will not execute individual deployments; instead, you'll synthesize best practices from customer engagements to create the playbook that guides all future deployments. Your core responsibilities span three interconnected areas: Methodology & Framework Design: Define the core architecture for inbound AI configuration, including decision tree patterns, IVR logic flows, provider directory mapping, and escalation rules. Document these frameworks so deployment teams can execute independently without continuous guidance. Continuously refine based on real-world learnings. Customer Implementation & Requirements Translation: Work hands-on with 5-7 health system and health plan customers on inbound AI deployments. Spend significant time in configuration sessions, validation work, and go-live support. Translate patient access and call center workflows into crisp product requirements and configuration standards. Identify where your methodology breaks and feed learnings back into the framework. Validate configurations against real patient call patterns and business metrics. Product & Engineering Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Front Door product and engineering teams to ensure your methodology is technically sound and buildable at scale. Identify product gaps and feature requests based on deployment reality. Influence product roadmap priorities and ensure new inbound features are designed with deployment scalability in mind. Deployment Team Enablement: Codify your methodology into frameworks, playbooks, decision tree templates, and training materials. Train deployment strategists and field deployment engineers on your frameworks and best practices. Create documentation that enables teams to execute independently. Success in year one means: synthesizing best practices from 5+ deployments into a documented methodology; designing a repeatable configuration framework proven across 3+ customers; codifying the end-to-end deployment model; working hands-on with 5-7 health systems; translating workflows into 3-5 feature requests; establishing credibility with engineering; creating reusable documentation; articulating competitive differentiation versus Hyro, Orbita, Nuance, and Notable; and enabling 3-4 other deployment team members to execute your playbook independently.
