CaptivateIQ's Professional Services team is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement complex compensation structures for strategic customers. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on end-to-end architecture of sophisticated incentive compensation management (ICM) solutions, often serving hundreds or thousands of end users.
You will be the principal technical expert responsible for translating complex compensation plans into scalable, high-performance implementations. Working directly with customer stakeholders, you'll navigate ambiguity with confidence, establish standards for modeling quality and solution hygiene, and drive delivery excellence across the Professional Services organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and modeling complex compensation structures for enterprise customers
- Serving as the technical authority in customer engagements, advising on high-stakes decisions
- Partnering with Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmap priorities
- Identifying patterns from complex implementations that inform product evolution
- Setting the standard for solution quality and delivery excellence
