Endor Labs is a Series B AI-powered application security platform that helps development teams identify, prioritize, and fix critical software risks by building call graphs of entire software estates. As a Solutions Architect on the East Coast team, you will be the bridge between Endor Labs' innovative product and diverse customers. Your primary responsibilities include educating customers about application security and software supply chain security, becoming a deep expert in the product suite, delivering tailored technical demonstrations, and guiding customers through onboarding and adoption.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements, ensuring the platform evolves to meet real-world needs. You'll work with enterprise-level technical customers throughout the sales cycle, conducting technical deep dives, leading product evaluations, and ensuring customers achieve their security and development objectives.
The ideal candidate brings pre-sales or similar customer-facing technical experience, with a strong foundation in modern software development practices including backend/full-stack development, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps tooling. You should have familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and identity & access management. A robust understanding of developer, DevOps, and open-source ecosystems is essential, along with some programming capability. You're comfortable engaging deeply with engineering teams, articulating complex solutions, and operating effectively in enterprise sales cycles.
