Endor Labs is hiring a Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between our AI security platform and enterprise customers. The company has built AURI, a patented solution that secures AI-generated code by running inside the harness where coding agents work, providing visibility and controls outside the model. Endor Labs counts OpenAI, SpaceX, DoorDash, Dropbox, Atlassian, MongoDB, Snowflake, Robinhood, and Peloton among its customers. The company was founded by Varun Badhwar (who built Prisma Cloud to $300M ARR at Palo Alto Networks) and has raised $163M from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Coatue, and Salesforce Ventures.
In this role, you will be at the heart of connecting Endor Labs' technical team with diverse enterprise customers. Your responsibilities include:
• Educating customers about application security and software supply chain security, making these topics engaging and accessible to developers
• Becoming a deep expert and evangelist for Endor Labs' supply chain security product suite
• Delivering tailored, solution-oriented product demonstrations that directly address customer needs and challenges
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to design solutions that address real customer problems; your field insights will directly influence product development
• Guiding customers through onboarding and adoption, ensuring they fully leverage the Endor Labs technology to achieve their security and development objectives
You will work in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical capacity, leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and deep dives with enterprise engineering teams. This is a remote role based in the Central Time Zone.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in pre-sales or similar customer-facing, technical role with demonstrated success in technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and leading evaluations
• Strong technical foundation: solid understanding of modern software development practices, including backend or full-stack development experience, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tooling
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand how modern applications are built and deployed
• Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management principles
• Understanding of developer, DevOps, application security, and open-source ecosystems; ideally with some programming skills
• Proven success engaging with technical customers at enterprise level; ability to articulate complex solutions and operate effectively in sales cycles
• Curious, eager to learn, and always seeking to understand new technologies
