As a Solutions Architect in Braze's Expert Services organization, you will serve as a highly technical resource delivering outcome-based technical services and bespoke solutions across the customer lifecycle. You will own and drive complex technical projects, specializing in architecting integrations, designing sophisticated data strategies, and creating customer-centric use case designs to unlock the full value of the Braze platform.
You will work alongside Sales, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Partners, Product, Engineering, and Technical Support teams. Your responsibilities include rapidly understanding each client's business and technical requirements, helping them achieve fast time-to-value from their Braze investment, and tailoring the product to their needs through workshops, meetings, and consultation.
Key responsibilities include: serving as a trusted technical advisor owning technical strategy across the customer lifecycle; designing and implementing complex technical solutions and integrations meeting unique customer needs; acting as a technical conduit between Braze and customer engineering teams; building best-in-class solutions and documenting them for future automation; ensuring solutions adhere to security, compliance, and architectural standards; engaging with account teams and customers to understand goals and technical requirements; designing comprehensive implementation plans and architectures; facilitating technical onboarding and complex SDK/API integrations; addressing advanced use cases with strategic solutions; troubleshooting complex technical needs; instilling best practices and engineering excellence; and documenting technical requirements and risks.
You will proactively maintain and expand your technical expertise, stay current with emerging trends in AI and machine learning, and spearhead internal and external education initiatives. You will drive efficiency and innovation by identifying and advocating for new technologies and practices that enhance Braze's value proposition.
