Anthropic is seeking a Solutions Architect for its Applied AI team based in Seoul, South Korea. This is a pre-sales technical role focused on becoming a trusted advisor to large enterprises, helping them understand Claude's capabilities and successfully integrate it into their technology stacks.
You will partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You'll serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey—from initial discovery through evaluation to deployment—coordinating internally across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success.
Key responsibilities include: supporting customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work; creating and delivering compelling technical content tailored to different audiences (from engineering deep dives to executive business-value conversations); guiding technical architecture decisions for integrating Claude into existing systems; helping customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance; identifying common integration patterns and sharing insights with internal teams; and occasional travel to customer sites for workshops and relationship building.
You should have 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager). Native-level Korean fluency and business-level English are required. You'll need experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles, exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders. Strong technical background is essential: experience designing scalable cloud architectures, integrating with enterprise systems, Python proficiency, and familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning/data science. You should be excited about cross-organizational collaboration, teaching and mentoring, and advancing safe AI systems.
