UiPath is seeking a Commercial Solution Engineer to support sales efforts for Korean-speaking accounts. This role bridges technical expertise and business acumen, focusing on the presales process from opportunity qualification through solution delivery.
Key responsibilities include: qualifying opportunities with the sales team, leading presales activities and creating value propositions, delivering tailored high-level demos that emphasize business value, designing solutions that fit client needs and environments, and resolving client concerns around technical capabilities, security, and platform architecture. You will develop solution architectures for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform.
Beyond client-facing work, you'll participate in knowledge sharing within the presales team, build solutions for different industry verticals, support marketing initiatives through evangelism (blogs, speaking engagements), collaborate with product teams on functionality improvements and ecosystem integrations, and engage in product release cycles to promote new features and provide roadmap feedback.
Required qualifications: demonstrable track record in presales, sales engineering, or solution architect roles; strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills; experience with process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies (LLMs, agents); solid understanding of cloud and virtualization; fluency in English and Korean; self-motivated, proactive approach with a solution-selling mindset.
