Pigment is an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform used by industry leaders like Unilever, Snowflake, and Siemens. As a Solution Consultant for Supply Chain, you will partner with Account Executives to serve as a trusted advisor bridging operational supply chain expertise with Pigment's modern planning platform. Your primary responsibilities include: Discovery & Relationship Building: Deeply understand supply chain planning challenges including demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory planning, and capacity planning. Help prospects articulate their goals and future vision while building strong relationships with operations, supply chain, and finance stakeholders. Value Creation & Thought Leadership: Challenge the status quo of legacy supply chain planning tools (Excel, disconnected point solutions) and demonstrate how Pigment enables integrated, agile planning. Leverage customer success stories from CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences verticals. Product Demonstrations: Master Pigment's capabilities for supply chain use cases through tailored demos covering demand planning, supply planning, scenario modeling, and cross-functional alignment between supply chain and finance teams. Workshops & Executive Engagement: Facilitate discovery and visioning workshops with key supply chain and finance stakeholders to co-design their future planning process. Present proposed solutions to executive audiences including VP Supply Chain, CFO, and COO. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to relay supply chain market needs, contribute to product roadmap development, and improve customer experience. Required qualifications include proven pre-sales experience (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar) on enterprise planning tools with supply chain dimensions such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or Board. You should have strong supply chain domain knowledge with solid understanding of S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and supply network planning. Background or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is expected. You must be a compelling storyteller able to translate complex supply chain challenges into clear, differentiated product demonstrations for operational and executive audiences. Multi-stakeholder agility is essential—comfort engaging with Supply Chain Planners, Operations Managers, Finance Business Partners, and C-level executives throughout deal cycles. Experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing verticals is required. Travel up to 25% of the time is expected.
