Cyera is building a security operating model for the AI era. The company provides a unified control plane that secures AI adoption by understanding relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI models.
You'll join the OCTO Data team as a technical Solution Architect, serving as the feedback loop between field operations and product development. This role sits at the intersection of real-world customer data challenges and Cyera's classification models, platform capabilities, and product roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze customer data environments using SQL to identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities to improve platform accuracy and coverage
- Drive the feedback loop by translating field findings into actionable inputs for model tuning and product improvements
- Design and build internal tools and automation that scale the team's ability to deliver value across customers
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure Cyera's platform is tuned and configured for each customer's specific data landscape
- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best-practice frameworks
- Partner with R&D and Research teams to close gaps between out-of-the-box capabilities and customer needs
You'll bring 4+ years of hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets, including data analysis, manipulation, and deriving actionable conclusions. You have a B.A./B.S. in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). You're skilled at diagnosing and solving ambiguous, multi-layered technical problems, with strong SQL proficiency and ability to work with both structured and unstructured data. Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams are essential.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth companies, and knowledge of modern data architectures, cloud-native security tools, or data privacy frameworks.
