Cyera is building AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000, helping enterprises adopt AI securely by controlling what data AI systems can access and how they use it. The company started by solving enterprise data security and has evolved into a platform trusted by leading organizations.
As a Solution Architect for Cyera Identity, you will serve as the technical and strategic bridge between the product and prospects/customers. This is a hybrid pre-sales and post-sales role that spans deal architecture through deployment and customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead technical discovery sessions and assess customer environments to design end-to-end solutions that align Cyera Identity capabilities with enterprise needs across cloud, identity, and security programs.
• Deliver technically rigorous demos and workshops that translate complex concepts for both technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Partner with Sales leadership on high-impact strategic deals, developing bespoke prototypes and POCs, and shaping evaluation criteria to drive successful outcomes.
• Translate customer feedback and field insights into actionable product recommendations; influence roadmap priorities with clear problem statements and repeatable solution patterns.
• Enable partners with technical knowledge, architectural patterns, and enablement materials to accelerate joint wins and scalable deployments.
• Create reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets that uplevel the broader go-to-market and customer success teams.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, executive leadership, and founders to develop repeatable approaches that strengthen Cyera's market positioning.
